ICData Solutions was formed as a Company in February of 2003, when the individuals who would become its leaders saw a need for a much greater sense of accountability, responsibility, value, and customer service in the IT consulting industry. It was built on a strong desire to offer businesses much more than the typical professional services firm is willing or capable of offering.

Veterans of the Big 5 and similar consulting firms, ICData Solutions’ founding members saw the struggles and collapses in the IT consulting industry as the perfect opportunity to build an organization that got “back to basics.” Years of massive demand for Internet “solutions” mixed with an underlying confusion over what was achieved by incorporating them created a climate where the needs of the customer were placed in the background. Instead of the market being driven by products and services that provided businesses with tangible, measurable, unquestionable success, it was driven by the desire of consulting firms to increase their revenue exponentially. ICData Solutions sees this misdirected focus as a continuing problem, and would like to help usher in a new era for Internet Solutions Development.
